i was so happy to find a kitchenette in my beautiful suite. it made things super easy for my toddler's allergies. the staff were helpful and kind to us all. they offered a really great breakfast menu too

the room was a lovely size, quite comfortable too.
the lights in the hallways operated on sensors, a system that proved problematic. the lights did not activate quickly enough. i walked through dark hallways on several occasions.

Breakfast had a very good standard. my room was really good. immaculate and smart it was. i got a very bright room on the 3rd floor. a little balcony meant i was able to open the tall doors in the mornings.
the outside furniture wasn't stable, as the chairs kept falling over because they had three legs only.

the suite included a kitchenette with both a dishwasher and a washer and dryer that were very convenient. super clean premises added to the comfort. staff members were also very friendly and helpful.

the staff made sure everything was very comfy and tidy every day. i asked the staff about getting pizza when i got to the hotel really late. one staff member walked me to his favorite spot for pizza.

poor soundproofing
I had to wait forever. also, the soundproofing ain't great. i could hear my neighbors clear as day, and that sucked when trying to sleep. it was like they were right there in my room and i didn't enjoy that lack of privacy at all.

The room was spacious, a Junior Suite Balcony. Cooking equipment was provided, even salt and pepper (i bought oil myself).
The lights in the hallways operated on sensors and were slow to activate. I had to navigate the stairs in darkness which is unsafe (they should fix this).
